Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, together with our client consent form and Privacy Policy, govern all purchases made through our website and constitute the entire agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and us. All purchases of our products and treatments are subject to the Agreement in effect on the date of purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms in force at that time. Our right to modify these terms does not extend to altering the pricing of any prepaid products or treatments once payment has been received. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us before completing your purchase.


1. Review and Amendments

Review of Terms: The Agreement may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Past versions of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are available upon written request.

Modifications: Your continued use of our website after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.


2. Advice and Information

The information available on our website or at our clinic (“Information”) is of a general nature and is not intended to replace professional advice. The descriptions of our products and treatments have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before using any product or treatment or acting on any information provided here.


3. Products, Services, and Orders

Orders: All orders you place are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. If an order is not accepted, a full refund will be issued at the      earliest opportunity. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that may appear to be for resale.

Personal Use: Our products and treatments are intended solely for personal use. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.


4. Use of Products

Intended Use: By purchasing our products, you agree to use them only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the provided instructions, precautions, and guidelines. Any other use is at your own risk.

Allergy and Medical Disclaimer: You are responsible for checking product ingredients to avoid allergic reactions. In cases involving minors, a parent or legal guardian must first consult with a healthcare provider.


5. Pricing and Payment

Prices: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Prices may be updated at any time; however, you will be charged the rate in effect when your order is confirmed.

Payment: When you pay by credit or debit card, you warrant that you are authorised to use the card and that sufficient funds are available. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received in full.

Pre-Authorisation: A temporary pre-authorisation hold may be placed on your card at the time of purchase. No funds are withdrawn until payment is finalised, though the hold may take several days to release.


6. Credit Card Storage

If you choose to purchase through our website, you agree to the secure storage of your credit card details for future transactions. If you prefer not to have your details stored, please inform us at the time of purchase.


7. Refund and Cancellation Policies

Refunds: Generally, refunds will not be provided except where required by consumer law—such as when a product or treatment cannot be provided, or if you fail to supply necessary information for a prepaid treatment. Proof of purchase is required, and refunds are not available for change of mind.

Cancellations: A strict cancellation policy applies. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice may result in a charge or forfeiture of a prepaid treatment.


8. Adverse Reactions and Termination

Adverse Reaction Policy: In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction, we may require up to 12 weeks to investigate your concern. Your full cooperation may be requested during this period.

Breach and Termination: We reserve the right to issue warnings or suspend/terminate your access to our services and website if you breach any provision of this Agreement.


9. Special Payment Options

Buy Now, Pay Later: Financing options may be available subject to a minimum purchase amount. Please refer to the terms provided by the financing provider.


10. Gift Cards and Vouchers

Usage: Gift cards and vouchers are redeemable only for products or treatments and are non-transferable. They expire 36 months after date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Security: Treat gift cards like cash. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or altered vouchers.


11. Prepaid and Add-On Treatments

Prepaid Treatments: These treatments are non-transferable, must be redeemed at the location of purchase, and expire 18 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiry, our obligations are deemed fulfilled.

Add-On Treatments: These must be redeemed in conjunction with a full-priced treatment and cannot be used as standalone services.


12. Cosmetic and Body Contouring Services

Cosmetic Aesthetics: Consultations for cosmetic treatments require advance booking and may involve a refundable deposit. These services are subject to variations between locations, and payment is due at the time of service. Results vary and all procedures carry inherent risks.

Body Contouring Treatments: Eligibility for non-invasive fat reduction or body sculpting treatments is assessed during a consultation. These treatments are not a substitute for weight loss, and individual outcomes may differ. Standard prepaid, refund, and cancellation policies apply.


13. Current Offers and Promotions

We may periodically offer promotions on our products and treatments. Promotional terms and conditions will be clearly provided at the time of the offer.


14. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, icons, and graphics—is protected by intellectual property laws. You may download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without our written consent is prohibited.


15. Limitation of Liability

Products and Treatments: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product or treatment,      or reimbursement for associated costs.

Website Use: We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or damages (including data loss or system malfunctions) arising from your use of our website, including those caused by third-party links. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited as permitted by law.


16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All purchases and disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction. By making a purchase, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.


17. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and services, superseding all prior agreements or communications.

By purchasing our products or treatments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds and Cancellations

To ensure smooth scheduling, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment, whether booked online or directly through our clinic.

  • If you cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment, we may apply a ‘Cancellation Fee’ or ‘No Show Fee', at our discretion, this may include:
  • Retaining any deposit you have paid,
  • Deducting one prepaid treatment from your package (if applicable), or
  • Charging 50% of the standard treatment price.
  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.
  • Refunds may be issued where required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • In cases where a treatment is deemed unsuitable for your skin type or medical condition, we may use our discretion to provide a refund.
  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • While we take great care in providing our treatments, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine whether a procedure or product is suitable for you.
  • It is essential to complete all necessary consent forms accurately and disclose any medical or personal information that may impact your treatments. Having realistic expectations is also important, and we encourage open communication with your clinician to achieve the best results.


Transfer Policy

  • Once scheduled, treatments or services cannot be transferred to another clinic or another individual, including prepaid treatments.
  • Prepaid treatments designated for specific areas cannot be transferred to other treatment areas.


Prepaid Treatments

  • Prepaying for treatments allows you to benefit from discounted rates.
  • Prepaid treatments must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase (for packages of fewer than 10 treatments) or within 18 months (for packages of 10 or more treatments).

Suspension of Prepaid Treatment Packages

  • In exceptional circumstances, we may allow a suspension of prepaid treatment packages at our discretion.
  • For specific medical conditions, prepaid treatments may be placed on hold for up to 12 months.
  • Each prepaid treatment package is eligible for suspension only once.
  • Supporting medical documentation may be required to process a suspension request.
  • The remaining validity period of your prepaid treatments at the time of suspension will remain unchanged and will resume once the package is reactivated.
  • This policy ensures fairness and consistency while maintaining the highest level of service for all clients.
